1. Who we are

ApnaSites is operated by ApnaSites ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ApnaSites, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect from creators

Account details: your name, email address and phone number.

Site content: the text, photos, links and contact details you add to your site.

Billing details: records of your plan and payments. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store them.

Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and working.

3. Information you choose to publish

Your site is public. Anything you put on it, including the business name, email, phone and address on your Contact page, can be seen by anyone. Please only add details you are happy to share publicly.

4. Visitors to creator sites

When someone visits a site hosted on ApnaSites, we keep basic technical logs to run and protect the Service. We do not sell visitor data or use it for advertising.

If a creator collects data from their visitors (for example through a contact form or a link to another service), that creator is responsible for it under their own privacy policy.

5. How we use your data

To create, host and update your site; to bill you; to send you important messages about your account and site; to give support; and to prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.

6. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run ApnaSites, such as hosting, email and payment providers, and only as much as they need.

We may disclose data if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Cookies

This marketing site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app you sign in to may use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

9. Security

All sites and our app use HTTPS. We limit who can access personal data and use reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you notice anything wrong.

10. Your rights

Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Write to support@apnasites.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Children

ApnaSites is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For important changes we will let you know before they take effect.
