Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ApnaSites (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ApnaSites is operated by ApnaSites ("we", "us"). These Terms are between you and us.

2. What ApnaSites is

ApnaSites lets you publish a personal website at a subdomain of apnasites.com (for example yourname.apnasites.com) using our ready made templates. You edit your text and photos; we host the site and provide HTTPS.

ApnaSites is an independent service. Names of other companies or platforms that appear on creator sites belong to their owners.

Every site also includes standard pages (About, Contact, Terms and Privacy) with starter text that you can edit.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your site and billing.

5. Your site and content

You own the content you add to your site. You give us permission to host, display and copy it only as needed to run your site and the Service.

You are responsible for everything published on your site, including that it is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to any photos, names or marks you use.

We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks the law, these Terms, or the rights of others, and we will tell you when we do, unless the law stops us.

6. Starter page text

The starter text on your standard pages is a general template, not legal advice. You are responsible for reading it, editing it so it fits you, and keeping your details correct.

7. Fees and billing

The Service costs Rs 100/month per site, billed in advance for each monthly period. The current price is always shown on our website.

If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. If a payment fails, we may pause your site after giving you notice.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account or by writing to us. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Your subdomain

Your subdomain is provided as part of the Service while your plan is active. apnasites.com remains ours. We may refuse or reclaim names that impersonate others, mislead visitors, infringe trademarks or are offensive.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for anything illegal, for content that infringes the rights of others, for scams or misleading offers, for adult or sexually explicit content, or to abuse, overload or attack the Service.

11. Service provided "as is"

We work to keep sites fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your site if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. When a site is closed, it goes offline and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. For important changes we will let you know in advance. Using the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
