Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the fee you pay us for ApnaSites (Rs 100/month per site).

2. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account or by writing to us. There is no cancellation fee. Your site stays live until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep your site until the end of the paid period, monthly fees are generally not refunded, including for partly used months.

We will refund you in full if you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled. If your site was unavailable for a long period because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will make it right with a refund or credit.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@apnasites.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 3 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery of the service

ApnaSites is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your site is available as soon as you publish it, and access continues while your plan is active.
